Stephanie is a transformational executive leader with more than three decades of experience spanning operations, human resources, finance, and systems leadership across high-growth, mission-driven, and compliance-intensive environments.
Holding PMP, SPHR, and CPACC certifications, she brings a rare combination of strategic foresight and operational precision. As the Founder and CEO of 5FT View Consulting, she currently supports small and mid-sized businesses in fractional executive roles—including COO, CHRO, and EOS Integrator—where she develops operational systems, aligns cross-functional teams, and enables scalable growth. Her leadership focuses on implementing KPIs, optimizing business processes, managing risk, and developing tailored training programs that drive performance and engagement.
Stephanie’s prior executive experience includes serving as Chief Administrative Officer at Deque Systems, where she led a 16-person team and oversaw finance, HR, recruiting, compliance, and operational systems. In that role, she acted as the connective tissue between the CEO and functional departments, advancing enterprise transformation initiatives while operating within an Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) framework. Before that, she rose through multiple senior leadership roles to support revenue growth from $200M+ and overseeing ISO and CMMI quality certifications, Salesforce operations, and multi-million-dollar warehousing and logistics systems. Her ability to align strategy with frontline execution repeatedly contributed to measurable gains in efficiency, compliance, and team performance.
Earlier in her career, Stephanie spent over 14 years as COO and co-owner of Warlick Enterprises, leading a 60-person team and overseeing e-commerce, financial planning, logistics, and operational innovation. She also served in other senior project and finance leadership roles, where she was entrusted with high-risk, high-value federal contracts totaling over $150M. Her strengths in budgeting, risk management, stakeholder communications, and process standardization helped deliver results on complex government programs while ensuring strict compliance. Her deep experience in both the private and public sectors makes her adept at navigating dynamic, regulated, and growth-oriented environments.
